Wawanesa’s broker partners in Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia can now send electronic pink slips directly to their customers using the My Proof of Insurance solution.

The CSIO Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Cam Loeppky has been appointed Chairman of the Board. Cam is Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Wawanesa Insurance. He first joined CSIO as a director in 2014, serving a two-year term and then rejoined the Board in November 2018.

CSIO is pleased to announce that the INNOTECH Advisory Committee had its first full day working session on November 15. With representatives from both brokers and insurers, the committee looked at pain points in the underwriting, claims and servicing journeys, and focused the discussion on Personal Lines Auto and Habitational business.
