Betty Ng is a Director, Ontario and Investigation Coordination Support Services at Équité Association, a not-for-profit working to eradicate insurance crime on behalf of the Canadian property and casualty insurance industry. With her expertise in leading and investigating organized insurance fraud, identity theft, health care provider fraud, and auto theft recoveries and investigations, Betty is an insurance professional with more than 20 years in the industry. She was previously a leader at TD Insurance, focused on industry intelligence investigations, and prior to TD Insurance, she worked for several personal and commercial lines insurers. Betty also sits on the Board of Directors at the Canadian Association of Special Investigation Unit (CASIU).
