My Proof of Insurance eDelivery

 

Say good-bye to paper! The My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution enables members to send digital policy documents for personal and commercial lines, including proof of auto insurance (eSlips) to consumers over email, at no additional cost. Give your customers the experience they expect, and the option to access their proof of insurance on their phones, whenever they need it.

Registration

Registration is open to CSIO members. To register:

  1. Log into your account on CSIO.com. If you do not have an account, you may request one here.
  2. Ensure your organization has a CSIOnet mailbox. If it does not, you may request one here.
  3. Designate an Organization Administrator to register for your company’s primary My Proof of Insurance eDelivery account.

Convenient

  • Policy document and eSlips for personal and commercial lines sent via email
  • Brokers can use the solution for all lines of business with customers covered by any carrier - even carriers that do not presently use the solution as well
  • No need for customers to download apps or create a username and password

Co-Branding*

  • Emails automatically display brokerage and carrier logos
  • eSlips automatically include brokerage and carrier contact information

Offline access

Consumers may:

  • Store PDF policy document attachments to their computer, tablet or smartphone
  • Store eSlips to their smartphone’s mobile digital wallet

Privacy & security

  • Ability to lock smartphone screen when displaying eSlips to police or drivers, restricting access to other apps and personal information
  • All emails encrypted to protect personal information

*To benefit from co-branding, brokerages must register for their My Proof of Insurance eDelivery account, and upload their logo and contact information.

 

BMS Integration

Integration lets brokers send policy documents and eSlips to customers through My Proof of Insurance without leaving their BMS. Most vendors now offer integration, with more coming soon. See the table below for the latest information:
