(Toronto – November 15, 2017) CSIO is delighted to announce that the Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta (IBAA) has endorsed its eDelivery solution to send consumers their personal and commercial policy documents and auto liability cards electronically.
“We are very happy with this solution and the benefits it will provide to our members,” says George Hodgson, IBAA CEO. “A simple, standardized option for providing a digital experience to consumers is precisely what many brokers are looking for when it comes to sending policy documents, and this solution will meet that need.”
eDelivery will be made available to CSIO members at no additional cost. The solution is being developed by CSIO in collaboration with brokers and carriers, including RSA Canada, Northbridge Insurance and Gore Mutual.
“We are excited that IBAA has stepped forward to publicly endorse and promote our eDelivery solution to its members,” adds Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO. “Their support shows that the eDelivery solution directly addresses consumer expectations for fast, easy and convenient digital interactions with their insurance provider.”
Release of the eDelivery solution is expected in early 2018. Visit www.csio.com/edelivery to learn more.
