Forms Status

We are pleased to announce that more than 75% of our membership has approved the attached 2008 forms package. This confident position allows CSIO to enter into our subsequent stages of French Translation and a technical testing and implementation review. Once these processes are complete, CSIO will announce the dates these individual comprehensive forms will be issued to the general membership for deployment. CSIO wishes to thank those members who participated in bringing these forms to their current state, and we look forward to our future deliverables together.
