Standards (EDI) Implementation Workshop

This two day course is offered twice a year in the spring and fall in Toronto. Topics covered include:

• a review of the construction of element groups starting from the data element level
• review of the construction of insurance transactions including the architecture of the hierarchy
• an analysis of the concept of processing cycles
• a review of new business, policy change and download transactions
• a look at the details of the automobile and habitational transactions
• an overview of e-mail and print standards
