Registration is free to all our members. If for some reason the member does not show up, we may charge a $500 fee. Substitutes are allowed up until the start of the course. We reserve the right to limit the number of attendees per organization in order to give everyone the chance to attend.

Implementation Workshop

This is a day and a half technical seminar, designed for any members of the Insurance Industry that work for an Insurer or a System Vendor.
The course is focused on Personal Lines Standards and the EDI, "Electronic
Data Interchange" Business process. The participant will have "hands-on" experience using the CSIO Standards to construct
an EDI Transaction. Highlights of the seminar are the tips for a successful Implementation of EDI from the perspective of both Brokers workflow and Company operations. |

The CSIO XML Schema
|
Target audience is developers.
This half day seminar is designed for members involved in the technical implementation of the CSIO XML schema. The course
focuses on the specifics of how CSIO has redefined and extended the ACORD schema. Participants will
gain an understanding of how the process of schema redefinition works, and will learn how to set up
an environment to use the CSIO schema. As well, the CSIO-provided schema utilities will be explored.
